In all seriousness, I have truly enjoyed each episode I’ve listend to. Jaylen asks so many thoughtful, insightful questions that always lead to such an interesting discourse about great novels, authors’ writing practices, etc. I highly recommend!

Never Skip an Episode

This podcast has quickly become one I never skip. Fantastic guests, sincere questions, earnest, smart, and full of joy.

I’m listening to the Brandon Taylor episode and now I want there to be a spinoff of Jaylen and Brandon talking books, criticism, pop culture and whatever they want. Ten out of five stars.

the thoughtful bro ,

Love!
